Its good to hear your car is well looked after but remember we cover more than mechanical breakdowns under this policy.

A lot of the calls for assistance to our 24/7 Call Centre are for things not associated with the mechanical condition of the car or are beyond the control of the driver, for example, car accidents, lost keys and injuries which prevent someone driving the car.

Unlike other breakdown providers, our cover provides much more than assistance during a breakdown and covers incidents such as lockouts, lost keys, accidents, vandalism, injuries and misfuelling.

Typically with other operators, they won't cover customers booking last minute or if they do, they put a ban on making a claim within the first 48 to 72 hours after the policy is issued. This typically is to prevent potentially fraudulent claims where a breakdown or incident has already occurred abroad and where people are looking for assistance post-event.

Whilst we understand this approach it is not ideal if your need is genuine and our cover does have these restrictions.

"Book and Go" is our motto, provided you buy before you leave the UK and you have declared your vehicle is roadworthy.
