FAQ - Do I get an invoice?



Having made a booking you will automatically receive an email to the email address you specified during the booking process which provides a link to a secure encrypted page. This page will include your breakdown cover e-certificate showing who is covered, what's covered and the emergency contact number. Also within this link is an invoice which shows the price paid for the product including card processing fees and any postage requests.


Vat Invoice

Whilst your policy includes tax, this is insurance premium tax and is charged at 10%. This is not VAT and as such you cannot claim this back as an expense. Sorry
